Strategy, storytelling, leadership. Connected
What I do
Clarify your thinking
Many organisations have more strategy than they realise, but less clarity than they need.
I work with leadership teams to answer the real questions underneath: "Why do we exist?" and "How can we win?"
I structure the options when a decision still needs making, and turn the result into something usable: a narrative, a one-pager, a set of pillars and measures to live by every day.
Turn your thinking into a story
A strategy that can't be communicated isn't a strategy. I write keynotes, board narratives, investor briefs and internal communications that make complex ideas land with the people who need to act on them.
The story and the strategy usually end up shaping each other.
Build things that prove the point
I prototype working AI tools — quickly, with real functionality — to test ideas, demonstrate possibilities, and move thinking forward.
Less "wouldn't it be good if...?" and more "what do we think about this?"
Who I am
Before becoming an independent consultant in 2020, I spent 23 years inside some of the biggest digital transformations in media — Sky News, ITV, NBC News, Future.
I've led teams through the shift to digital, built products from scratch, and written the strategies to start the journey.
I work independently, which means you get me — not a team that's never met you.
